- The Biology, Physiology and Genetics of Crops and Pests and their interactions in the Ecosystem
- Innovative and Sustainable methods for the production, preservation and processing of short-cycle plant and animal products and their impact on the Chemical-Physical and sensory quality characteristics of agri-food products
- Innovative strategies, means and methods for the quantitative and qualitative improvement of agricultural production, adaptation and defence against biotic and abiotic stresses through the sustainable use of resources and the reduction of impacts on the environment and human health.
- The principles of eco-sustainable management of agricultural production processes, with a comprehensive vision of the problems of the rural area and innovative solutions for reducing the anthropic impact of agriculture on the environment
- The main principles of marketing applied to the agri-food sector and business management, particularly for innovative products, national and international markets and their evolution.
- Regulations governing the production and marketing of agri-food products strategies for protecting and promoting technological innovation, including ethical principles
- The operation of machinery and equipment for the production, preservation and processing of agri-food products, design, selection and sizing criteria, taking into account the most innovative aspects, including sensors and automation, control systems and data analysis.
