To be admitted , you must meet specific curricular requirements.

L25 Agriculture and Forestry (“Scienze e tecnologie agrarie e forestali” (formerly D.M. 270/04) or “Classe” 20 (formerly D.M. 509/99)
L26 Food Sciences (“Scienze e tecnologie alimentari” (formerly D.M. 270/04) or “Classe 20” (formerly D.M. 509/99).
If you have a bachelor’s degree from a different class, you must meet a minimum set of requirements in specific scientific-disciplinary sectors (SSD) as outlined in the attached Admission Requirements document.
Language proficiency
A B2 level of English is required, verified by providing through the presentation of an internationally recognized language certificate (accepted by the University’s Language Center - CLA) or by passing a university English exam at B2 level.
Candidates whose native language is not Italian must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the Italian language and will be required to conduct part of the interview in Italian.
To apply, you must submit the Admission Application for the Master’s Degree in Agrifood Innovation Management, even if you are a student or graduate of a degree programme at UniTrento and already meet the admission requirements.
If you are a student or graduate from a university other than UniTrento, you must attach a self-declaration of the exams taken and provide the following details for each exam:
The scientific-disciplinary sector (SSD)
The university credits (ECTS/CFU)
The date the final exam was taken
The exam grade.
The C3A Student Support will inform you by email about the outcome of your application, including whether you need to acquire additional academic credits.
An interview is required for admission if:
- You have a degree from a different class than those specified in the requirements
- You have a foreign degree that is considered eligible.
The C3A Student Support will email you the date and details of the interview.
During the interview, your knowledge of the core subjects from first-level degree programs in classes L-25 and L-26, as well as any additional skills or qualifications you have acquired, will be evaluated.
Non-native Italian speakers with insufficient knowledge of Italian can still enroll in the course, but during their studies they will be required to take an elective course exam in Italian, which may also be extra-curricular.
If you are missing certain curricular requirements, you can enroll in Single Courses for Master's Degrees and take the corresponding exams by the registration deadline.
If you don't meet the language proficiency requirement, you can make it up by passing an English language test at the Centro Linguistico di Ateneo (CLA).
The written tests will be held in person at the CLA, while the speaking parte will be online.
The registration form will be published as soon as it is available.
Once you have achieved the language requirement, write an email to the Student support service in order to proceed with the enrolment.
