Cellular and Molecular Biotechnology

In this Master's degree, you will study innovative technologies based on biological knowledge that can improve or intervene in human health:

• Biotechnology and biomedicine: in-depth knowledge of biotechnology applied to biomedicine.
• Genetics and pathophysiology: study the genetic and molecular basis of disease and the pathophysiology of the human organism.
• Diagnosis and therapy: skills in identifying biotechnology-based diagnostic, prognostic and  therapeutic strategies.
• Technological skills: training in technology, statistics and informatics to design preclinical trials.
• Therapeutic development: design of cellular and molecular therapies, identification of biomarkers for early diagnosis.

You will learn to use all the conceptual and technical-practical tools you need to experiment and increase your knowledge of the basic mechanisms of biological systems.

An integrated cognitive approach, combining biological knowledge with mathematical, physical and chemical knowledge, will enable you to develop innovative technologies.
