Thesis title declaration
You have to complete and upload in Esse3 the “Thesis title declaration form” signed by your Supervisor.
If you change the title later, you will be able to modify it in the Graduation application.
Graduation application
Submit your degree application by the deadline in Esse3:
- answer the Almalaurea questionnaire
- fill in all the data requested
- Upload the “Final Examination Request” form signed by your Supervisor
- pay the contribution available in Esse3 - Registrar's office - MyTasse within the deadline indicated in the payment slip.
Master’s thesis upload
Upload a copy of your thesis in Esse3.

Completion of internship, thesis copies and abstract submission
If you haven't completed your internship yet, send bthe documents attesting the completion of your internship y email to the Students’ Support Service or to the MCS admin at least 10 days before the Master's defense
Submit a copy of the Master's thesis to your supervisor ("Rrelatore") and the thesis examiner ("Controlrelatore"), indicated by the supervisor, 14 days before the dissertation at the latest.
Send a summary of the Master’s thesis by email to to the MCS admin 7 days before the graduation day.
Academic board and final exam
The date, time and room for the final exam of each candidate and the composition of the academic board are published in the decree for the final examination at page:
Certificates, Diploma and Diploma Supplement
After graduation you can get various documents proving your title degree, depending on the purpose:
- a self-certification of degree or different types of degree certificate, available in the reserved area in Esse3 - Registrar's office - My Certificates
- the Degree Parchment
- the Diploma Supplement.
Giving up the final exam
If you have to give up your final exam session, you have to mail to the Students Support Service of your course from your UniTrento email.
Front desk on appointment:
- Monday: from 10.00 to 12.00, in person
- Wednesday from 14.30 to 16.00, in person
- Friday from 10.00 to 12.00, online with Zoom.
Appointments in person outside the scheduled times can also be arranged.
