Registration for the final examination and final paper upload
Fill in the application for graduation in your Esse3 private area by the deadline stated for your Final exam:
- fill in the Almalaurea questionnaire;
- upload the final version of the final paper in PDF format, it cannot be replaced after sumbission;
- upload the Confirmation of admission to the final examination signed by your supervisor ("Conferma ammissione prova finale");
- pay the contribution available in Esse3 - Registrar's office - MyTasse within the deadline indicated in the payment slip.
Committee board and schedule of final exam
Once the names of the Committee board are published, you have also to send via email a copy of your paper to all members of the Committee board.
The Committee board, the list of candidates and the schedule of each final exam are published in he decree for each final examination at the page:
Title award, certificates, degree
A few days after passing the Final Exam, you will receive an email (at @ students.unitn.it) about your new status of graduate, with the final score.
From now on you can print the degree self-certification and different types of degree certificates, available in your private area Esse3 - Secretariat - My Certificates.
If you wish, you can also ask for:
- the Degree parchement
- the Diploma Supplement.
Giving up the final exam
If you have to give up your final exam session, you have to mail to the Students Support Service of your course from your UniTrento email.
