If you want to:
- move to a different degree programme within UniTrento
- transfer from another university
- have previously earned credits that could be recognised
you can apply for an assessment of your academic background to find out which year you can enrol in and how many credits may be recognised.
If your credits are not sufficient to enter a year subsequent to the first directly, you will need to apply for first-year admission and pass the admission test: any recognisable credits will be recorded in your transcript of recors once you enrol.
Conditions to be admitted to years subsequent to the first
Admission to years subsequent to the first year is possible only under the conditions listed below:
- there must be available places for enrolment in the 2nd and 3rd year (i.e. the limited number of students is not filled for that year)
- you meet the minimum curricular requirements described in the "Linee guida"
How to apply for the 2026/2027 academic year
For the assessment, only credits earned by 16 July 2026 will be taken into consideration.
Any credits earned between 16 July and 30 September 2026 may only be considered for the recognition of additional credits in your transcript.

You will be notified by email of the outcome of your application, with instructions for completing your enrolment to the course.
Admission rankings will be published only if the number of applications exceeds the places available.
