The Master's Degree (Laurea Magistrale) in Innovation Management - MAIN is a joint program offered by the University of Trento and the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of Pisa. The program is conceived for students interested in entrepreneurship and innovation, preparing them for management careers in innovative organizations.
Innovation is a key focus of the program. Students in MAIN learn to identify and address organizational issues and customer needs by developing new solutions. They also gain skills in creating value-added solutions and expanding the portfolio of products, services, markets, methods, and practices. The diverse backgrounds of the students provide exposure to a mix of worldwide cultures, fostering strategic thinking and the ability to manage and shape the innovative trajectory of a firm for success.
The program spans two years, with the first year in Trento dedicated to core courses and the second year in Pisa completing the curriculum with both core and elective courses. Additionally, start-up and business labs are available to further cultivate the students’ entrepreneurial spirit.
