Registration of the dissertation topic
You have to fill in the online application Thesis supervisor and Thesis title - School of international Studies at least 4 months before the graduation date.
Graduation application
Submit your degree application by the deadline in Esse3 - Degree award:
- answer the Almalaurea questionnaire
- fill in the thesis title
- fill in the name of the supervisor
- attach the Graduation application form signed by your supervisor
- pay the contribution available in Esse3 - Registrar's office - MyTasse within the deadline indicated in the payment slip.
Thesis upload and submission
By the deadline indicated you must:
- uupload the definitive version of your thesis in standard PDF format in Esse3 - Degree award. The file cannot be replaced after submission.
- send a PDF copy of your thesis to the administrative staff of the School of International Studies
Final exam commission
The composition of the final exam commission and the schedule of the defenses will be published on School of International Studies - Graduation Sessions.
Certificates, Diploma and Diploma Supplement
After graduation you can get various documents proving your title degree, depending on the purpose:
- a self-certification of degree or different types of degree certificate, available in the reserved area in Esse3 - Registrar's office - My Certificates
- the Degree Parchment
- the Diploma Supplement.
Giving up the final exam
If you have to give up your final exam session, you have to mail to the Students Support Service of your course from your UniTrento email.
