The study plan is the set of teaching activities (lectures, labs, internships) that you have to pass in order to earn your degree.
Filling out the study plan is necessary to include these activities in your Record book: in order to take the exams, you must have the teaching activities in your Record book.
You can only fill out the study plan in two periods set each year in the 1st and 2nd semester.
Before filling out your study plan, consult the documents with the Study Plans and PReparatory coruses related to the current academic year and your pathway or curriculum.
If you are enrolled in the 3rd year of the Curriculum in Italian, you must include in your study plan one of the labs of your choice from:
- Laboratory of Budget Analysis, Course catalogue code 120451
- Laboratory of financial economics, Course catalogue code 120437
- Laboratory on digital strategy, Course catalogue code 120450
- Laboratory on the Italian Economy, Course catalogue code 120122.
Syllabuses for the labs are available in the Course Catalogue.
The labs have a maximum number of 45 participants each and registration is required: the instructions are normally announced by October.
Normally, you have to upload or modify your study plan from your Esse3 web area.
Should any problem occur while processing the online procedure, you can contact the Student Support Service specifying:
- as subject "Problem with the online study plan"
- in the body name, surname, date of birth, your matriculation number and a short description of your problem.
In some cases it's impossible le to complete the study plan in Esse3:
- you are extending your studies beyond the standard timeline ("fuori corso")
- you got an academic transfer credit evaluation from an international mobility programme (Erasmus, Double Degree, Bilateral Agreement)
- you want to add extra credits to your study plan or in the free choice activities.
In such cases:
- download, print and fill out the "Form for elective courses"
- scan an send it via email to the Student Support Service from your student's email account.
Under no circumstances study plans will be accepted beyond the established time limits.
