The study plan is the full set of activities (classes, laboratories, internships) needed to achieve the degree.
Filling in the study plan is necessary to enter these activities in your Record book in Esse3: you can only take exams if for the activities already included your Record book.
To choose which activities to include in your study plan, check the Didactic Offer ("Manifesto degli studi").
You can only fill in your study plan in two fixed periods each year in the 1st and 2nd semester.
First term: from 9 September to 31 October 2024
Second term: from 20 January to 10 March 2025.
If you are enrolled in the 2nd year of the curriculum in Italian, you have to choose the curriculum path in the reserved area of Esse3 before submitting the study plan
You have to submit the study plan online in the reserved area of Esse3, if you are enrolled for the current academic year.
In some cases is not enough or not possible at all to fill in the Study plan in Esse3.
Study plan in Esse3 and with form
If you need to:
- add to your Record book activities that you did not find when submitting your study plan online in Esse3;
- add to your Record book activities managed by Bachelor's degrees other than yours;
- add to your Record book activities as “supernumerary” courses (they will not be counted for the credits needed for graduation nor for the weighted average for the degree grade);
- cancel activities that Esse3 does not allow you to remove from your Record book.
In all these cases you must:
- fill in the Study plan in Esse3
- then fill in the Study plan form and send it via email to the Student Support Service from your UniTrento mail address within the deadlines.
Study plan only with form
If you are in expecting to graduate status ("attesa di laurea") or extending your studies ("fuori corso"), or if you can not fill in your study plan in Esse3, you must fill in only the Study plan form and send it via email to the Student Support Service from your UniTrento mail address within the deadlines.
If you are an expecting to graduate student, you can change your plan only in the 1st time frame and add activities offered in the last year in which you renewed your enrollment.
Forms sent from non-UniTrento student email or after the deadlines will not be accepted.
