The Final Exam is the concluding activity of your degree program and varies depending on the study plan you have followed.

  • Methodological Study Plan: the final exam consists of an oral discussion of a topic approved by a Supervisor.
  • Professional Project Study Plan: the final exam consists of writing a paper, in either Italian or English, on a topic approved by a Supervisor, followed by an oral discussion with a multimedia presentation.

Who can be a Supervisor:

  • Professors from the Department of Information Engineering and Computer Science (DISI).
  • Professors from the University of Trento in the scientific-disciplinary sectors INF/01 and ING-INF/*.
  • Professors teaching courses offered in a program organized by DISI (possibly in collaboration with other departments) during the current academic year or the one preceding the date of the Final Exam.

The characteristics of the final exam, the procedures, the scoring criteria, and the composition of the examining committees are detailed in the Final Exam Regulations.
